A beautifully made pair of little girls culottes. My 5 year old daughter just loves the Swing City collection. It looks really stunning on and we have so many lovely comments whenever she has worn this collection. The culottes look like a skirt when on and the design and cut lets it hang beautifully when worn. This is my daughters first pair of culottes and she says that they are very comfortable to wear.
