1. Price and Delivery

1.1. All prices featured on the website include VAT and are quoted in pounds sterling.

1.2. Delivery outside the UK may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility where they apply. If so, the shipping company will contact you once the products you have ordered are in customs to let you know the cost.

1.3. If your order will not be delivered within the timeframe specified we will notify you and try to rectify the situation as quickly as practically possible.

2. Payment

2.1. We allow orders to be processed online, or over the phone, using a credit or debit card currently VISA, MasterCard, Eurocard, Delta, VISA Electron and Switch/Solo. Sometimes we may accept cheque payments but the acceptance of such payment is always at our sole discretion. If you would prefer to pay by cheque, please email your name and telephone number to info@qualitykidsproducts,co,uk and we will contact you to process your order.

2.2. On-line Credit card payments are processed by your prefered option of Secure Trading or Paypal, all of which are highly secure. We do not see your credit card details and the payment service provider does not see any other information about you.

3. Refunds

3.1. Our mission is to ensure that you are satisfied every time you place an order on our website. If you are unhappy with a product when you receive it please return it with the despatch note, unused, for a full refund within 14 working days of receipt. We will refund your credit card after we have inspected the returned product and are satisfied that the product in question has been returned in the condition it was in when delivered to you. Please email info@qualitykidsproducts.co.uk for the returns postal address.

4. Guarantees and Liability

4.1. We have used our best efforts to ensure that all information on our website is correct but make no guarantee and accept no liability as to the correctness of any such information. Use of any information will be entirely at your own risk.

4.2. We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.

4.3. Our website and these terms and conditions are subject to the laws of England and any disputes must be brought in English Courts.

5. Intellectual Property Rights and Use of Title

5.1. We do not give you any right or interest in any copyright or other intellectual property rights in any text, images, tables, compilations or other copyright protected works featured on our website nor do we give you right to reproduce the same.
